MealMo Allows Parents to Place Orders Online. Simple, Fast, and Easy.
Schools and organizations that send home calendars with available food choices is upgraded and streamlined with our simple online ordering process. Parents, teachers, and caterers logon to MealMo and are able to see the current menus available and place orders for the food they want.
No Calculations By Hand. When Menus are sent home with children, parents are left to calculate how much they owe, leaving room for error. MealMo stops this from happening by performing all calculations on it's own, all from the users input.
No More Tallying. Once orders are placed with a paper system, the hard work of tallying what food goes were and who has paid becomes a burden. MealMo automatically generates tally sheets of what food goes to what classrooms and also is
able to inform users who have not paid.

MealMo allows its users to streamline the process of placing food orders.
The process begins by first setting up your school or organization on the MealMo system. This involves entering the teachers, classrooms and other miscellaneous information about your school or organization. Once completed, parents can be told to go to your schools website and register for an account and enter their children's information. The caterer for a school or organization is then able to login to the system and design a menu for the month. Once the menu is ready, they can enable it so that users may begin placing orders for that month. Once the deadline for submission has arrived, the caterer can stop orders from being placed. Once orders have been placed, detailed reports can be generated to display what food goes to what classrooms and how much food the caterer needs to make. These reports can be both viewed on the web and also downloaded in excel format so that you may customize your reports even more.
